They then managed to add insult to injury by respondent my complaint and advising me that I should have taken my own food with me as they only try to provide food but don’t promise this.

For a full homeward journey of over 17 hours and having no food is hard going. Needless to say I don’t intend to fly with Emirates ever again. I am sure that my money will spend quite as easily with other competitor airlines who may value my patronage more than Emirates did.

The BA amenities bag, even for an overnight flight go straight into the bin. World class airline – not in my books

Putting Emirates as number one is just pathetic. They have a very inconsistent product and only offered kits on their overnight flights. You should at least put Delta on it, with TUMI cases their kit makes for a nice travel companion.
